Our services are covered by a separate agreement

This site describes our services. It is not an offer or a contract. If you become a client, a written agreement signed by both sides covers the work, and it wins over anything on this site.

Promises and guarantees on this site (for example "ads live in 10 business days or month 1 is free") apply only to clients with a signed agreement, on the terms and conditions in that agreement.

Results

Results, numbers and stories on this site come from real work for specific clients. They are not typical, and they are not a promise of what you will get. Results depend on your market, your prices, your offer, your ad budget and how you follow up and sell. Apart from the promises in a signed agreement, we don't promise any number of leads, appointments or sales.

Using the site

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not:

• ✦copy, resell or republish the site's content, design or materials without our written permission;
• ✦use bots or scrapers on the site, or try to break or overload it;
• ✦send us spam, malware, or anything unlawful;
• ✦use the chat, forms or booking tools to give false information or pretend to be someone else.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts from us, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, reminders and our services. How often depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including cookies. It is part of these terms.

Ownership

The site and everything on it (text, design, graphics, logos, videos and tools) belong to RMD or the people who licensed them to us. "Remodel Marketing Dept" and our logo are our trademarks. These terms don't give you any rights to them.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you or naming you.

Other websites and tools

The site links to and uses tools from other companies (for example our chat and booking tools). We don't control them, and their own terms apply.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will always be available, error-free or secure. Content on the site is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.

Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RMD is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that come from using the site or not being able to use it. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. This section doesn't limit anything in a signed client agreement, which has its own terms.

Your responsibility

If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone makes a claim against RMD because of it, you agree to cover RMD's reasonable costs, including lawyers' fees.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Oregon law. If there's a dispute, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If we can't, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon, and both sides accept those courts. Either side may use small claims court instead, if the claim qualifies.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. If we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part right away doesn't mean we give it up.
